Return & Exchange Time

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We will not accept used or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on Sale / Clearance
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange for size or product (subject to availability)
  • If the new item price is higher, you will pay the difference
  • If lower, we will adjust the balance accordingly

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only given if the product is defective or wrong item delivered
  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item
  • Refund can take 5 to 7 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return courier cost will be paid by the customer (unless we made a mistake)
